Davy Jones Doesn’t Get Cap’n Crunch

A few days ago I posted that "Quaker Is A Cereal Killer".  I talked about how the cereal Cap'n Crunch was going away and how devastated I was by the news.  A bit of happiness popped into my email inbox yesterday afternoon from the company about Cap'n Crunch.

We saw your recent post and would like to confirm that Cap'n Crunch is here to stay.

In fact, we just launched an official Facebook page for Cap'n Crunch so our adult consumers can stay up-to-date on all things Cap'n Crunch.

You can also follow the brand on Twitter @realcapncrunch. We're not surprised about the passion and enthusiasm for Cap'n Crunch.  It is one of the most popular and iconic brands in America, especially among adults who grew up eating this cereal.

While stepping up our social media presence, our plans for Cap'n Crunch will continue to meet our commitments to the Children's Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative.
