WANTED: Fugitive On The Loose In Lubbock
The Lubbock Police Department's Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit is asking for the public's help in locating a fugitive and who has a warrant out for their arrest and is possibly connected to a shooting that occurred last weekend.
According to the Lubbock Police Department, 27-year-old Brian "Tray" Anderson is wanted due to an arrest warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He is also reportedly connected to a shooting on Sunday according to a press release from the Lubbock Police Department.
Officers initially responded to a report of shots fired in the 5200 block of Avenue Q South Drive at 7:49 p.m. on February 11th. Upon arrival, officers located 35-year-old Orion Akins with a gunshot wound. Akins was pronounced deceased at the scene
