The teams are set and the big game is right around the corner. Now the big game means different things to different people.

For some, their team is playing the game and that's all they could care about. For the majority of people, it's about the party they will inevitably attend.

If you're the one throwing that party, you want to make sure it's the best one around...and it all starts and ends with the food. Gambling.com has revealed the most searched food items for a big game party in each state, and Texas has all your favorite items listed, with a few you'd fully expect from here.

I took to Yelp to grab the top-rated options for all your food needs at the big game party, and they're listed below.

DIPS FOR CHIPS

This is one of the most paramount items you can have at a big game party. As the game and party go on, people have a tendency to snack, and chips and dip are the most popular thing you can have available. In Texas, that means you better have salsa, guacamole, and most importantly, queso available.

We don't want to get cheap stuff from a jar, so for your salsa, head over to La Campana and see if they'll sell you a jug. Your guacamole needs to come from El Manatial. I can vouch for this one, it's some of the best I've ever had. Now for the all-important queso. This one surprised me a bit simply because I don't think I expected to see this restaurant in this particular category, but reviews say to head over to Blue Sky for the queso.

Now that we've got the chips and dip out of the way, let's head to the "main courses" if you will.

PIZZA

Always the easiest option for a party because you can pop the box open, slap a slice on a plate, and away you go. Low maintenance, easy clean up, and always a crowd favorite. However, don't settle for some chain kind of pizza, make sure it's the best.

According to the Yelp reviews, and I concur with this one, all your pizza needs to come from 575 Pizzeria. I went there for the first time last week, and I can say with confidence it's the best pizza I've had in Amarillo so far. They've got a lot of different styles of pizza wth some interesting combinations on them. Yes, they've got your simple ones for the kids as well.

CHICKEN WINGS

A little messier than pizza, but who doesn't love a good chicken wing? Yelp says if you want the best, head over to Bar 3 and scoop up a bunch. With all your favorite sauces to choose from and highly rated on Yelp, this will be a crowd pleasure all the way through the game.

COOKIES

According to Yelp, the latest entry to the sweets market in Amarillo is the go-to spot. Crumbl Cookies checks in atop the list, and it makes sense. With their decadent flavored cookies and their sheer size, these big cookies will be the perfect end to the big game meal.

ICE CREAM

Trying to get a little fancier than just cookies or brownies for your big game dessert? Ice cream is definitely a different route to go, and if you're going to do it, make sure you're getting it at Braums. I don't need to tell you about Braums, you already know, so just go get some gallons and throw them in the freezer.

BURGERS & FRIES

Want to go big time for the big game when it comes to your main course? Burgers are a great way to go. If you don't want to do the grilling yourself, or you just want to give your party attendees options, head over to Coyote Bluff and grab a myriad of their different burgers. You can slice them up into fours and let everyone try a bit of each one.

When it comes to the french fries that go so well with a burger, you can stay right there at Coyote Bluff as they rank number one on Yelp for both burgers and fries. That's one less stop for you to make.

SUBS & SANDWICHES

This is the one that REALLY threw me off my game. I fully anticipated seeing something like Jersey Mike's on top, but I couldn't have been further off. According to Yelp, you want to go to Yellow City Street Food for this one. Now, I did read that they are a bit hit or miss as to when they're open, but if you catch them at the right time, there's your spot for subs.
