Amarillo is Getting a New Slider Restaurant Experience
Amarillo has seen a lot of growth in new restaurants in the last year. The growth shows no signs of slowing any time soon.
Something new is coming to Amarillo, and it's small but packs a delicious punch. Small Sliders is making its way into Amarillo.
What is Small Sliders?
Small Sliders is a restaurant that serves up cheeseburger sliders. Their sliders consist of a toasted butter bun with a slice of cheese, pickle, and their Smauce, the Small Sliders' signature sauce.
You can order these in combos with waffle fries and a drink or à la carte. Plus, you can upgrade them to a Biggie Smalls, which is a double-patty slider. You can also get queso with your fries or cool off with a milkshake. Check out their full menu here.

Who’s Bringing Small Sliders to Amarillo?
Eli Cohen and Mark Crayne of C5 Restaurants are bringing Small Sliders to Amarillo.
“The simple menu and high-quality food of Smalls Sliders immediately caught my attention,” said Crayne. “After learning more about the brand and seeing the concept firsthand, I knew it was a perfect fit for West Texas. We have an incredible team in the region and are confident this concept will be a huge hit in our communities. This is the best choice for our new venture.”
What's unique about Small Sliders?
Their restaurants are built out of what they call "Cans" or their Smorange-colored shipping containers, giving Small Sliders its signature look.
Plus, you don't drive-thru Small Sliders, you slide-thru.
This isn't the first time Amarillo will see a container restaurant concept. West Texas Fresh, a locally owned restaurant on I-40, opened in the area in 2024.
