In a world full of coffee shops, two local Amarillo businesses come together.  Yes, we know that Amarillo has a ton of coffee shops, but a few of those coffee shops were founded right here in the Yellow City (probably before it was referred to as the Yellow City).

Roasters Coffee and Tea Company is one of those local coffee shops that has been a daily staple for many residents in Amarillo.

Another local business in Amarillo, serving up delicious baked goods, is Scratch Made Bakery. This local bakery has been a staple in many birthdays, anniversaries, and events.

What's Going on with Roasters?

Now the two have announced that they are partnering up to make people's days so much sweeter.

Roasters just announced that they will be featuring Scratch Made Bakery pastries in their shops.

What Makes Scratch Made Bakery Special?

Scratch Made Bakery has been "getting Amarillo baked" since 2015, and if you haven't tried any of their pastries or baked goods, you are in for an amazing treat.  Scratch Made Bakery used to have a place in downtown Amarillo, but after the holiday season in 2024, they moved into their new location at 7535 Canyon Drive.

So if you're planning on dropping by Roasters today, make sure you add one of these pastries to your order.

The new pastries include blueberry, cranberry orange, and snikerdoodle scones.  Feeling like a muffin, how about banana nut, lemon poppyseed, or blueberry streusel?  Or if you are a lover of cinnamon rolls, try one of theirs with brown butter cream cheese.

Chances are, they have something pumpkin to go with their pumpkin spice. It's the season, ya know.
