Katie Holmes + Jamie Foxx Seemingly Confirm Couple Status With Hand-Hold Pic

The newest couple of 2017 will probably come as no big surprise: Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx, the subject of dating rumors for more than four years, seem to have confirmed their relationship with a hand-holding pic that's been published by TMZ.

The site reports that the two actors got up close and personal while taking a stroll along the coastline in Malibu. This is the first time they've been publicly seen together in an intimate capacity, the site says, and while Katie was spotted with a ring on her finger months ago, Foxx's rep has insisted it wasn't his.

Radar reported in 2016 that Holmes had agreed to not publicly date anyone until five years (that expiration clears about now) after she and ex-husband Tom Cruise had officially divorced and ended their marriage.

“Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” a source told the site.
