The Newsboys are returning to Amarillo, Thursday night February 2nd at the Church at Quail Creek and it is going to be an amazing show!  I had the opportunity to talk with The Newsboys drummer Duncan Phillips about the show, the new album and the change from former lead singer Peter Furler to Michael Tait (former DC Talk lead singer).  Plus all the details about the show and a chance to win tickets.

WHAT: Newsboy's God's Not Dead Tour

WHEN: Thursday, February 2nd

TICKETS: The Church At Quail Creek, Mardel, and online here.

Now that you have all the details on the show, I had a chance to speak to Duncan Phillips about the show and new album.

In 2009, Peter Furler, decided to leave the band to spend more time with his family and The remaining Newsboys had to find a replacement.  They found that replacement in the former DC Talk lead singer Michael Tait.

So speaking of Micheal Tait...can fans expect a few DC Talk songs?

Just to follow up, he mentioned Kevin Smith a.k.a Kevin Max from DC Talk, we just found out that he will be joining them at the Amarillo show to perform God's Not Dead and a few others.

I also had a chance to ask Duncan how other countries accept them and their music and how they are embracing Christianity.

Finally, for those who don't know Newsboys or those who do not know God, why should they come out to experience the show.

So it is going to be an awesome show!

Newsboys are also bringing special guests
