Adorable Handicapped Puppy Rescued After Owners Threw Her in Trash [VIDEO]
Despite being abandoned in the trash by her cruel owners, an adorable, handicapped pit bull puppy now has a second chance.
The pup, whose name is Harper, was spotlighted during a segment on ‘Today.’ Aww!
The poor pooch was discarded by her former owners after being born with “Swimmer Puppy Syndrome,” a rare disorder that prevents her from lifting her head or walking.
Fortunately, Harper was rescued by a woman who enrolled her in doggy rehab, where she learned how to walk. And now, this beautiful puppy is looking for new owners.
