Seven Days in Utopia – A Great Wholesome Movie

So one of the many movies that came out this weekend was a movie called Seven Days in Utopia.  It didn't get a lot of advertising and it didn't even make the Top 10 in box office draw this weekend.  However, it did make my list as one of my Top 10 favorite movies.

Seven Days in Utopia is a great movie with a great message.  What was the best thing about this movie?  The rating.  It was Rated G.  It was refreshing to actually go to a movie and not have to worry about bad language, violence, or sex.

The movie is about a up and coming golfer named, Luke Chislom.  Luke had a meltdown during a golf tournament and took off only to find himself at a crossroad, literally.  He decides to turn left and it takes him to a small town of Utopia, there he meets Johnny, a grounds keeper who helps him find out who he is and his love for the game.

I loved every minute of this movie.  If you are looking for a wholesome movie that will make you think then this movie is for you.

The movie stars Lucas Black, Robert Duvall, Melissa Leo and Deborah Ann Woll along with a great supporting cast.

The movie is in theaters now.
