People are doing their best to take the meaning and religion out of everything.  First they take prayer out of schools, then it isn't PC to say Merry Christmas at the stores anymore, you have to say Happy Holiday's. Now it looks as if you cannot call Easter eggs, Easter eggs anymore.

Apparently there is a push going around   instead of saying Easter Eggs, the politically-correct, religion-free phrase is  "SPRING SPHERES."

We got that from an unnamed elementary school in the Seattle area.  A 16-year-old girl named Jessica says she was volunteering at the school and was told that the administration wants people to use that term.

"I went to the teacher to get her approval and she wanted to ask the administration to see if it was okay," Jessica explained. "She said that I could do it as long as I called this treat 'spring spheres.' I couldn't call them Easter eggs."

"When I took them out of the bag, the teacher said, 'Oh look, spring spheres' and all the kids were like 'Wow, Easter eggs.' So they knew," Jessica said.

Does this mean that the Annual Easter Egg Roll at the White House will now be called the Annual Spring Sphere Roll.

So how do you feel about this?  Are you ready to start calling Easter Eggs, "Spring Spheres?"
