How are we really supposed to pronounce the word "coyote"?

They LOOK easy to pronounce, but you're most likely wrong

Part of my job is sifting through audio and anybody who does something similar in Amarillo, TX will tell you the same thing, "nobody out there knows how to pronounce Amarillo properly".
