Is it time for grocery stores to allow employees to accept tips for great customer service?

Can you imagine going out to eat at a sit down restaurant and not having to worry about tipping your waiter.  A restaurant in Pittsburgh called Bar Marco is trying something new and no longer allowing patrons to tip their servers.
