There is a toy on the market called Bunchems!  It's a fun toy created by Spin Master. However, you have to be careful with this toy because it could cause huge problems if it gets into your child's hair.

Remember how so many Star Wars fans lost their minds when we first saw Kylo Ren’s bizarre hilted lightsaber in the trailer for Star Wars: Episode 7? Well, they’re about to lose ‘em all over again. Hasbro is introducing a new line of toys that will allow children (and their parents) to customize their own Jedi weapons. If you should a little hilt was crazy, then you probably aren’t prepared for what people will soon be able to create in their homes.

How many times have you been in a dollar store with your kids and they ask for a toy.  Do you usually buy it? I mean it is only a $1.  Well one mother bought her daughter a princess wand at a dollar store but when her daughter removed the sticker it revealed something disturbing.

I don't think I have ever really grown up. Believe me, that is not a bad thing at all. I'm a huge toy lover and I still collect certain toys that catch my attention. The interactive toys are the ones that I gravitate to and here are five of my favorites...

Here I thought I had billions of LEGOs in my house, only to find out that LEGO has only made 472 billion LEGOs since 1958.  I haven't met a boy who doesn't love playing with LEGOs and those boys grow up into men who love playing with LEGOs.  However, can you imagine some of the things that could be build with LEGOs?

Andre Cassagnes, the man responsible for inventing the venerable Etch A Sketch, a toy that inspired countless children ever since it was introduced in 1960, has died at age 86 in France.

I would have to say that growing up in the 70's as a kid wasn't a bad thing at all. There weren't as many distractions as there are today. No online gaming or surfing through 200+ TV channels, no staring at a computer screen wondering what phrase to type into Google, just to see what the search results are. We played with our friends, watch cartoons on Saturdays and had some cool toys to play with
