Gee Family's Fall Daze
This weekend is their opening weekend. Saturday is the big day. The best part is that admission is beyond reasonable. Here's what to expect:

Maxwell's Pumpkin Farm Fall Days & Giant Maze
Maxwell's is arguably the one thing that every family winds up experiencing this time of year. Ticket prices range depending on the level of "pass" you want. Once inside there is everything from giant slides to apple cannons for the kids to have fun on.
And of course...pumpkins. There's also a wide variety of items available to purchase and take home. Definitely an easy trip to make a whole day out of. They are open for the season.

Jazztober
From pumpkins and corn mazes to jazz. That's October in Amarillo. Jazztober is back and kicks off on Oct 5. It's free. Just show up to the lawn of Bivin's Mansion.
You'll want to take a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. You'll also need to bring along your own dinner or refreshments.
