Texas Millionaire Proposes to Girlfriend Using A $10,000 Martini

When it comes to marriage proposals, people are getting more an more creative these days.  About a month ago we heard about a guy proposing in the McDondald's drive-thru using a chicken sandwich.  It was a proprosal fail.  However, Garth De Herro proposed in style with a $10,000 martini.

Herro is a real estate mogul from Corpus Christi and he wanted to propose in style.  So what did he do, he took his fiance to The Algonquin Hotel in New York City.  He used their $10,000 martini to propose.  This martini comes with a custom made engagement ring and is served on a silver platter by a white-gloved waiter.

With a proposal like that you would hope that she would say yes.

She did!!!

This was the first time this martini has been ordered in over a decade.
