How It’s Made: The Crave Factory

I have had the opportunity to go to different business in Amarillo and see how they do things.  I like to call it my "How It's Made" series.  It's been really fun to see how some of these places make things or do things.  I love to share this with you.  I had to opportunity to visit Chef Laura Yarber at The Crave Factory and she showed us how to make a really awesome Trout Dish. 

Simply amazing!  Now this isn't on their regular menu.  This would be a special dish they they offer on certain days.  However, reach out to them, and it's quite possible you can pre-order your meal and it will be ready and waiting for you when you get to their place.

Now don't forget the amazing desserts you can also get at The Crave Factory.  You walk in there and immediately are surrounded with goodness.

I told them I wanted to climb into their display cases and roll around in all that sweet goodness.  They just looked at me and smiled and said, "no".  But then they offered me a slice of my choice of dessert.
