Some days you want a cookie.  You don't want a dozen cookies that sit around the house and tease and tempt you, you just want one cookie.  Why waste the ingredients making a huge batch when you can make one cookie.  I mean you can make a cake in a mug, why not just make one cookie.  Well, you can and here's how you do it.

One Big Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

1/3 c All Purpose Flour

3 T Brown Sugar Lt

1/8 t baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 t vanilla

2 T butter

1 T egg ( crack an egg, whisk it and then measure 1 T.  Trash the rest of the egg or use it for breakfast)

1/4 chocolate chips

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or spray the cookie sheet with cookie spray

Melt the butter in the microwave, but not completely.  Then mix in all the rest of the ingredients, but only half of the chocolate chips.

Once mixed form the dough into the shape of a cookie on the cookie sheet.  Top the dough with the rest of the chocolate chips.

Bake for 12 minutes (depending on how your oven cooks, it may take a few minutes less or a few minutes longer).

Once cooked, let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy.

They loved it, now remember you don't have to share your cookie.
