So every year we celebrate Groundhog Day and every year Punxsutawney Phil pops out to predict the weather. What did Phil tell us this morning?

In Groundhog Day tradition, handlers announce every year whether or not Phil has seen his shadow. If he does then that indicates that we will have six more weeks of winter and if not, that we’ll have an early spring. This is only the 15th time that Phil has failed to see his shadow since 1887.
