Amarillo Crime Stoppers are reaching out to the community needing information regarding a recent robbery. This robbery has been named the Crime of the Week, and it took place on February 5 at an AutoZone in Amarillo.

Armed Robbery Suspect Still At Large In Amarillo

According to the information shared by Amarillo Crime Stoppers, there was a robbery that took place at the AutoZone at 5010 S. Coulter. The suspect entered the store with a pistol and demanded money.

Amarillo Crime Stoppers shared this description of the suspect:

  • White male
  • 5'07" - 5'08"
  • Heavy build
  • Brown hair
  • Buzzed haircut

The suspect was wearing sunglasses, a mask, a black jacket, and blue jeans, and was carrying a brown or tan backpack. The suspect was able to make off with an undisclosed amount of money from the scene.

Information Leading To An Arrest Could Be Worth $1,000

Fortunately, there weren't any injuries reported in the robbery. However, the person who did this is still out there. Amarillo Crime Stoppers is asking the community for any information on the crime or who did it.
