When was the last time you grabbed a group of friends or family and spent a night volunteering?   Volunteering doesn't have to be boring and when you get a group of friends together you can have fun making a difference.

If you are looking for a fun way to volunteer with a group of friends or your family, then now is the time to sign up to help the High Plains Food Bank.   If you have been wanting to find a place to volunteer or you have been wanting a way to get your kids involved then the High Plains Food Bank Community Night is for you.

Coming up on Thursday, September 20th from 6:00-8:00pm, you and your friends, family, co-workers can come together and help pack family food boxes.  These are the boxes that are distributed out to those in our local community who need a little help, when that paycheck just won't stretch any further.

Not only will you be helping out the High Plains Food Bank and your fellow community member, but you'll also get some great grub to fuel you as you help pack those boxes.  Dinner that evening will be provided by Pizza Hut.

Get a plan in place for Thursday, September 20th and plan to help out the High Plains Food Bank on Community Night.

Please make sure you RSVP, the HPFB is asking for RSVPs by Friday, September 14th so they will know how much pizza to order and how many people to account for at the event.
