Bell Street Bridge and I-40 to Be Closed Tonight Through the Weekend

You might want to avoid Bell and I-40 this weekend.  Traffic will be crazy. 

As construction continues on the Bell Street Bridge, a bridge beam placement is going to require the bridge and I-40 to be closed.

The bridge and I-40 at Bell will be closed starting at 9pm tonight through 8am on Sunday, December 3rd.

Traffic on I-40 will be diverted to the frontage roads.  The westbound turnaround will be open, but will be closed nightly and reopened in the mornings.
