I swear I even saw one of those places where they serve lattes while wearing bikinis. We've got a food truck for every appetite.

We definitely can't have an event without food trucks being there. For instance, the summer jam tomorrow. It's free to attend, and there will be several food trucks on hand.

There's also going to be music, arts and crafts, and a giant scavenger hunt. Oh yeah, there's also going to be pickleball. Of course there would be pickleball.

The Summer Free For All 2021 kicks off tomorrow at 5 PM at John Stiff Park. You can click on this link to get more info.

Speaking of the huge variety of food trucks that we have in Yellow City, we have everything from tiny breakfast pastries that are decked out in fruit and sweet toppings to cheesecake. Yes, praise the Lord, we have a cheesecake food truck.

In fact, the other day I ordered fried catfish and fried gator from a food truck in town. I don't know where they caught either around here, but it sure was good. My wife had a crab boil. At a food truck. In Amarillo.

No one told me when I moved here how popular food trucks are. With that being said, I think it's safe to say we're the food truck capital of the panhandle. We can't do anything in Amarillo without a food truck.
