Superhero films are really into the whole “choose a side” thing this year. Batman and Superman, the X-Men and Apocalypse (okay, that’s easy — Oscar Isaac and Michael Fassbender’s side, obviously), and the most brutal super-battle of them all: Iron Man and Captain America. Civil War is coming, and while the trailers have given us plenty to consider in the fight between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers, Marvel’s latest batch of images gives us more to contemplate.

The new, high-res images for Captain America: Civil War debuted at Marvel.com, and offer a few production shots featuring directors Joe and Anthony Russo and the cast, as well as some actual stills. The images show off Iron Man and Cap’s opposing teams (as seen in the trailers), Scarlett Johansson filming a scene in which Black Widow takes down a baddie while dressed in civilian clothes, and Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan in costume as Cap and Bucky / Winter Soldier, filming in what appears to be the Quinjet.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

In addition to the returning Avengers from Age of Ultron, Civil War will also feature Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man, and introduce Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Martin Freeman as new MCU character Everett Ross.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.
