Cat Viciously Shot With An Arrow Survives

A stray cat in Houston, was found wandering the streets after being viciously shot with a arrow.  An animal usually wouldn't survive and attack like this, but luckily the arrow avoided any major organs and Cupid is on the road to recovery.

I don't think I will ever understand how humans can be so evil. Who shoots a cat with an arrow for pleasure?  Like the vet in the video stated "this wasn't an accident", this was done on purpose.  Even if the cat was on your property looking for food, that doesn't give you the right to shoot it with an arrow.
