UFO sightings and discussions about extraterrestrials have really been in style this year. Here are the west Texas UFO sightings we've had in 2021, so far. These are the sightings that have been reported to the National UFO Reporting Center.

Amarillo UFO Sightings - 1

Amarillo has only had one reported sighting so far in 2021. It happened on April 7. According to the witness account in the report, there was a long string of white lights. They all appeared to be part of the same "enormous" craft.

If you think back to earlier this year, there were a lot of people on social media in Texas posting about UFOs. The sudden rash of sightings was quickly attributed to billionaire space-boy Elon Musk's Starlink satellites.

Nothing to be afraid of, unless you're allergic to Internet access.

Looking at the report now, it's a little funny. Whoever filled out the report pointed to how high in the sky the lights were; how they traveled at the same speed. According to that person, it only proved just how big the "craft" was.

Lubbock UFO Sightings - 2

The first reported sighting in Lubbock this year happened on Jan 27. Lubbock got off to an early start. According to the report, the first sighting was of a triangular object hovering above HWY 62. It was pretty low, but still above the power lines.

The person who submitted the report states that the object moved very slowly across the sky.

The second sighting was on April 26. This report is wild.

According to the report, this person woke up and went to get something to drink. They noticed a bright white light coming through the blinds.

When they went to investigate, they wind up getting blasted by a beam of light. They wake up later sitting at the kitchen table like nothing had happened.

That day, they claim they were sick to their stomach and wound up vomiting a mysterious blue liquid. That was followed by some kind of bug.

El Paso UFO Sightings - 3

El Paso has had three sightings so far in 2021. The first was on May 31. According to the report, there were two triangular objects hovering in the sky rotating around each other.

According to the report, one of the objects turned to reveal a long cylindrical object with something that resembled wings on it.

The second was on June 3. The entry is described as a bright light moving fast. Inside the report, it reads that as a person was going to walk their dog there was a bright light moving very fast across the sky. They described as a boat riding waves.

They also say that their dog was too scared to move once the object was gone.

The third came more recently on August 21. This report is one of my favorites. The description of the report is, and I quote, "1 ball turned into 2 balls."

The person who filled out the report states that they saw a bright light in the sky. When they jumped from their chair to see what was going on, the "1 ball turned into 2 balls." It's described as headlights in the sky. A few seconds later, they disappeared.
