What's with the giant steak?
Answer: The Lee Family opened The Big Texan decades ago and to attract visitors they created a 72oz steak challenge. If you can finish it you win the meal, a t-shirt, and bragging rights. If you can't you just ate a $72 meal. Many try and fail, but few have accomplished the feat.
