‘Man of Steel’ Poster: It’s a Bird! It’s a Plane! No, It’s the Superman We’ve Been Waiting For
The new 'Man of Steel' poster has dropped faster than a speeding bullet -- eh, you get the idea -- to keep our adrenaline going for the June theatrical debut and frankly...we're thrilled! Seriously, we've seen countless one-sheets for 'Star Trek Into Darkness,' 'Pacific Rim' and the like, so it's about time we saw more from Zack Snyder's Superman reboot.
If you recall from a while back, a couple of fan-made 'Man of Steel' posters were circling the web and were then mistook for official promotional work. However, we now have the one straight from Yahoo Movies/Warner Bros. and this one has Superman flying high, ready to throw a punch at General Zod.
If you haven't seen the latest trailer for 'Man of Steel,' shame on you because it really pegs this reboot as the Superman film everyone's been not-so-secretly waiting for. Henry Cavill is our new DC Comics strongman and he's trying to find his place in the world. Some call him a savior, some call him a ghost, but he's really, as Russell Crowe's Jor-El puts it, the ideal to strive torwards.
Check out the latest and "last" 'Man of Steel' poster below, though we expect more character posters and such to come out as we get closer to the release date.
