I love hearing the good news. I love seeing new places open in Amarillo. We have had several over the past few years. This means things are looking up for us here in our great city.
When I talk about Ramen I do not mean that block of noodles that we ate growing up. The stuff that we would get and basically lived off as poor college students. I am not hating on that ramen either. I love the stuff. I am talking about a meal we go out and sit at a restaurant and pay good money for.
After over thirty years of coaching baseball, Coach Gary Hix, is looking to retire at the end of this school year. He is retiring from Coronado High School in Lubbock after eleven years. He had been a coach here in our area even longer.
Update: Apparently, the seller of this particular vehicle somehow wasn't able to get the actual asking price to go through properly on the Facebook group. That price is $3,500, not $35,000, which still seems a bit on the high side for a vehicle without actual front seats...
This makes me sick to write, but two precious puppies were poisoned and died after someone threw a bucket of rat poison into the yard of their foster home.
