Get ready; fall TV is almost here.

'Modern Family' co-creator Steve Levitan explains why the show decided one of its beloved characters had to kick the bucket.

Looks like it was another one of those 'Modern Family'-centric years, right? ABC's hit took home the 2014 Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series, as it did in 2013, 2012, 2011 ... oh, and in 2010, too!

ABC has become the next in line to divulge their fall 2014 schedules in advance of the Upfront presentation this week, and while the list leaves off any major surprises, Marvel fans would do well to learn that new series 'Agent Carter' will indeed serve as a smaller series bridge between the first and second half of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 2.

While we're more concerned with ABC's renewal of Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' and an official series order for 'Agent Carter,' the network had plenty more to offer in advance of its Upfront presentation next week. Surprise, no one! 'Modern Family,' a show that has been nominated 57 times since it's debut and won Outstanding Comedy Series the last three years, once again won the Outstanding Comedy Series at the 2013 Emmy Awards.

'Workaholics' star and co-creator Adam Devine has been popping up in mainstream comedy more and more, from recent turns in both season 4 of 'Arrested Development' and 'Community,' as well as on the big screen in 'Pitch Perfect.' Now, the Comedy Central star will take what could be his biggest network gig yet in the upcoming fifth season of ABC Emmy-hoarder 'Modern Family.'

Woo! Just minutes after ABC gave fans the most eagerly anticipated announcement that Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' would go to series, so too have a number of other ABC favorites been renewed. 'Castle,' 'Once Upon A Time,' 'Modern Family' 'Scandal,' 'Nashville,' 'Revenge,' 'Suburgatory' and 'Grey's Anatomy' have all earned additional season orders at the network, so find out the latest inside!

With each passing awards ceremony, the Academy's snubbing of Ben Affleck for Best Director looks increasingly ridiculous. Stop the presses, 'Modern Family' has won an Emmy!  The sure to dominate series caps off the first award of the night, snagging Outstanding Supporting Actor on the comedy side of things with Eric Stonestreet.  Stonestreet won for his beloved portrayal of Cameron Tucker on ABC's monster-comedy hit 'Modern Family.'
