Amarillo's favorite event is finally here!

I've been around a lot of fairs, but there's some things at the Tri-State Fair & Rodeo that I've never seen in my life.

September is right around the corner. That means the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo is right around the corner.

The 80th Annual Will Rogers Ranch Riders Rodeo kicks off today just in time for the 4th of July Weekend

If you were planning on attending an event at the Civic Center Complex, I would recommend checking their calendar to see if it has been canceled or rescheduled.

They are still planning on having the livestock show, though, and they've scheduled the Tri-State Fair and rodeo for September of next year.

There will be rides this year; just not of the carnival variety.

The Will Rogers Range Riders Rodeo returns for the long 4th of July weekend for 3 days.

One of the rodeos most famous calf roping horses will live on for a long time to come.

Let's not get too excited there, amigo. As much as I would love to see it happen, there's a lot that has to fall in place.

When you think of competitive roping, you picture a cowboy or cowgirl, in their teens or an adult. Who you don't picture is 10-year-old Creed Busby from Canyon.

If you are not from Amarillo you will not believe all the Clydesdale's that will be lining the streets in Downtown Amarillo this afternoon. It is such the sight.
