We aren’t all master chefs accustomed to cooking huge meals for dozens people, so the kind folks at Butterball have been answering all our Thanksgiving-turkey-cooking-related questions for years. And during that time, they've had some funny calls.

So cooking up a turkey is a wonderful yet scary thing.  Wonderful in the sense that the bird comes out perfect.  Scary in the sense that it turns out to be a total disaster.  So here are a few things to do when that turkey emergency arises on Thursday.

Murphy, Sam and Jodi were talking about this video on the show this morning.  It is absolutely hilarious.  A guy in a car starts gobbling at a rafter (yes that is a group of domesticated turkeys) and they gobble back and it sounds like they are laughing.  I'm not sure what is more funny, the guy cracking up or the fact that the turkeys sound like they are laughing.

Thanksgiving without turkey would be like Easter without eggs. But could it happen?

Thanksgiving is almost here, which means we start seeing turkeys everywhere—on TV, in our children's school drawings, running through our dreams every single night while we sleep ... you get the idea. And eventually these poor turkeys will be inside many of our overstuffed stomachs as well.
