Two Men You Don’t Know Are America’s Presidential Debate Heroes
Donald Trump didn't win Sunday night's presidential debate. Neither did Hillary Clinton.
Nope, two men in the audience came out victorious.
Kenneth Bone is the man in the red sweater who asked a question about energy policy. The internet took to him like bees to honey, even creating a Twitter account in his honor.
It wasn't just Bone who won our hearts, either. The internet also had plenty of love for Karl Becker, who posed the final question of the night when he asked each candidate to say something he or she respects about the other. In an election that has grown nastier by the day, many feel his query was a dose of humanity we haven't seen nearly enough of in 2016.
