United Supermarket Offering Employees Free Money

Employees at United Supermarkets are being offered free money...BUT there is a catch. You have to be vaccinated. The grocery store chain is offering its employees $100 after receiving both COVID-19 vaccines.

The process is very simple. All you have to do is get fully vaccinated, then take a picture of your CDC card, and show it to one of your managers.

As someone who works at United this vaccine has really paid off for me. The vaccine type I got was the Moderna. I got both of my doses at CVS Pharmacy. The side effects I had from the second dose were very mild to basically non-existent. I used the extra $100 to pay some bills that I had left remaining.

I do not believe that this vaccination campaign is bribing employees. The idea behind this campaign is to encourage more people to get vaccinated so we can end this pandemic once and for all. I am sure by now everyone is tired of lockdowns, restrictions, as well as our favorite restaurants having their lobbies closed. The more people we can get vaccinated the faster we can return to normal.

United employees do not have to be fully vaccinated at one of the company owned pharmacies to be eligible. They can go to any pharmacy and even their doctor to get fully vaccinated. Some places around Amarillo that are offering the vaccines include Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Wal-Mart and of course United.

The two types of vaccines that are being strongly recommended are Moderna and Pfizer. United employees who have any questions should ask a manager about this ongoing campaign.
