911 Operator Caught On Tape Laughing When A Man Calls to Say His Girlfriend is On Fire [VIDEO]

I cannot imagine having to be a 911 operator.  I know the job is highly stressful because you are dealing with people who are in distress and some in life threatening situations.   I completely understand that like any job sometimes you are going to have situations where are letting off a bit of steam, however, that shouldn't come across on a call.  This 911 operator giggles while taking a call about a man's girlfriend being on fire.
