Every Fall and Spring the time change sneaks up on me and I have a tendency to wake up way early or way late.  Luckily I remembered and I wanted to share with you the reminder.

Before you go to bed on Saturday night to set your clocks back one hour.  Yes, you get an extra hour of sleep!  That's why I love Fall, we get our hour back.

Now if you forget to set your clock back before you go to be on Saturday you'll get to church extra early on Sunday morning.
