Honor Madison Knebusch’s Memory By Giving the Gift of Life at the MTK Memorial Blood Drive
We invite you to join us this Tuesday at the Coffee Memorial Blood Center as they honor Madison Knebusch.
Madison was a young, vibrant, athletic woman. In May of 2010 Madison was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Madison started receiving chemo in June of 2010 and with chemo Madison started receiving blood transfusions.
Madison passed away on January 12, 2012 at the age of 16. In that time her family and friends created the MTK Foundation to help families with support, information and resources.
Each year in Madison's memory they host a blood drive with the Coffee Memorial Blood Center.
Tuesday, January 10th stop by the Coffee Memorial Blood Drive and give the gift of life in honor of Madison.
The center will be open from 9am - 7pm.
You will receive a MTK t-shirt for donating in honor of Madison, plus, they will be giving a gift card away every hour, so the earlier you donate the more chances you will have to win.
Most cancer patients going through chemotherapy receive blood transfusions, so by giving the gift of life, you are possibly helping a cancer patient win their battle.
