Texas currently only has two women still uncaptured on its Most Wanted list. One woman is the infamous Margaret Lorraine Smith, who has been the subject of investigative television shows. The other is Iris Iliana Rodriguez, whose alleged crimes make my skin crawl.

Margaret Smith is a Ten Most Wanted Fugitive, wanted for an alleged murder-by-hire scheme. The victim was her husband George Smith, who she allegedly lured to the city of Surfside Beach, allowing a person she allegedly hired to beat him so badly that he was difficult to identify. This case was featured in both The Hunt With John Walsh and In Pursuit. Her current reward amount for any would-be bounty hunters is a combined amount of up to $12,500. However, she is believed to be armed and dangerous. Here are some more details from Texas DPS:

Margaret Lorrain SMITH is charged with hiring a man to kill her husband, George SMITH, on Aug. 6, 2007. An investigation determined SMITH lured him to Surfside Beach, Texas, late at night and left him sitting in the sand as the man she hired beat George to death with a metal object. SMITH and the man she hired were indicted for capital murder in September 2007.While her co-defendant was convicted, SMITH has been on the run since Aug. 11, 2009, when she fled the Brazoria County area while on bond prior to the start of her trial. SMITH was last seen on video at a Walmart in the San Antonio area getting into a maroon four-door sedan, possibly a Lincoln Continental. In addition to the Texas Crime Stoppers reward of up to $7,500, a reward of $5,000 is also being offered through Brazoria County Crime Stoppers for information leading to SMITH’s arrest.

Iris Rodriquez is on the "Still Wanted" fugitives list, and was also featured on In Pursuit. She is wanted for alleged, "Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, Indecency with a Child, Unlawful Restraint, Harassment, Flight to Avoid."

All people who sexually abuse children disgust me deeply, but her alleged crime makes my skin crawl especially. She may have abused a situation in which she had authority over the child in which to abuse them on more than one occasion. Her reward is set at up to $5000. Here are more DPS details:

Iris Iliana RODRIGUEZ has strong ties to Laredo, Texas and Mexico.RODRIGUEZ is wanted by authorities for having had improper contact with a juvenile victim on multiple occasions. The initial contact is believed to have occurred while RODRIGUEZ was working as a counselor for a CAPS (Child, Adolescent and Parent Services) program in Laredo. She later became employed at the Border Region Behavioral Health Center in Laredo as a CAPS Counselor, which allowed her to visit the victim at school under the pretext of offering guidance and support for the child's behavioral issues. On January 22, 2015, the Webb County SO issued warrants for RODRIGUEZ's arrest for Indecency with a Child (3 counts), Unlawful Restraint, and Harassment (3 counts). When law enforcement officials arrived at her residence to arrest her, they discovered she had absconded. It is believed that she fled in order to avoid prosecution. Since then, additional warrants have been issued, including Indecency w/ a Child-Sexual Contact and Flight to Avoid.

Rodriquez is also to be considered armed and dangerous.
