Ramiro Manuel Dominguez is a convicted sex offender.  He is required to register annually.   In 2012, he was convicted of First-Degree Rape in Oklahoma involving a 10-year-old girl.  He was sentenced to 8 years in prison.  He was also convicted of Domestic Assault and Battery/abuse in Oklahoma and sentenced to 3 years in prison which was served concurrently with the 8-year conviction.  In December 2023, a warrant was issued in Hale County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration.  His criminal history also includes Driving Under the Influence, Bribery of Public Servant/Attempt to Influence, Fraud – Impersonation, Criminal Impersonation
