National Pet Peeve Week starts on Sunday, October 9th. Everyone has at least one pet peeve. But what are some of the biggest dating pet peeves out there? Read on to find out. A new survey by match.com reveals that 70% of men and 73% of women say their biggest dating pet peeve is when their date checks their phone too much. Other findings:
- 41% of women say their second biggest dating pet peeve is when a date goes overboard when trying to impress them.
- 29% of men say their second biggest dating pet peeve is when their date talks too much.
- 34% of women are turned off by men, who brag about their money.
There are also some online-dating pet peeves to worry about. According to Megan Dichter at Bensalemcomfort.com, here are the biggest dating pet peeves that men do:
Bad Openers. If the message starts out with "Hey Baby", "Hey Sexy", or "You're Hot", it automatically gets deleted.
Withholding Basic Info. Guys, fill out your profile completely. You will get passed over if there is basic info not listed.
Posed Topless Photos. That can come off as shallow or self-centered.
