If you're having issues with your phone today, you're not alone. T-Mobile is reporting a nationwide outage impacting more than 86 million customers today (Monday, June 15). The outage impacts voice and data plans.

"Our engineers are working to resolve a voice and data issue that has been affecting customers around the country. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have this fixed shortly," Ray said on Twitter.
The most concerning issue is that the outage not only impacts customers for data issues, but also for emergency calls. T-Mobile users cannot dial 9-1-1. Multiple emergency response teams in Houston are reporting the issue.
I spoke with the Tyler Police Department, and as of Monday afternoon, there have been no reports of 9-1-1 calls not coming through from T-Mobile customers. However, because it is a nationwide outage, the Tyler Police Department is aware that the issue could come up for local residents.
The service tracker Down Detector reported T-Mobile outages in New York, Florida, Texas, Georgia, California, and the Washington, DC, area, according to Business Insider.
