Spring is in the air. OK, maybe not but the thought that Amarillo is finally going to hit above freezing has to bring the thoughts somewhere to the goodness ahead of us. We are going to thaw out some today and of course over the next few days. Hooray for Amarillo.

The event will feature the showing of Disney’s “Hocus Pocus” along with socially-distanced trick-or-treating around the concourse, costume contests, and more.

This news will make any wizard happy. What better way to get back into the back to school routine than to spend a night at Hodgtown conjuring up all those great spells. What could be a more fun family evening then transporting your family to Hogwartz? Or should we say, in this case, Hodgewartz?

I was worried that Hodgetown would just sit empty after the season was cancelled.

It's the final week of the regular season at Hodgetown.

I can't say how long we have been waiting for this. I think the news broke sometime during last years Sod Poodles Season. You remember that team we have that got sidelined this year? Well just know we are finally getting a new place in Downtown Amarillo for tacos on Tuesday....or whenever.

I got to do some really cool things Friday night. All things I have never done before. I feel a bit more accomplished as I start this Monday. I headed to Hodgetown in the Mix 94.1 Van Friday evening. I met with the staff at Hodgetown and prepped for my evening

If we looked back to about a year ago we were excited that we were able to head to Hodgetown for the return of baseball in Amarillo We spent many nights out there rooting on the Sod Poodles. Fast forward to today and yes, we can still go to the ballpark but so much has changed.

OK....I will say I have been able to do a lot living here in Amarillo. Oh, I have a bucket list. I could be called up. Oh, take the mound. Why not? I love baseball! I love the stuff that Amarillo has let me do.
