Senor Chubby's

Why is it so hard to say goodbye? I know we just get used to having what we have. we get set in our ways. Especially when it comes to places to eat.

Senor Chubby's Mexican Bar and Grill. They are now open in Wellington Square. They were pretty quiet about their grand opening. I even tried to message them asking when it was going to happen. Then on a random Tuesday this week, I saw the announcement that they were open.

It's been a whirlwind of a week already. We found out about a few businesses and restaurants closing. When we lose food in the area luckily it seems that there is food heading our way to fill the void.

OK, so I am uber excited about two different places opening up here in Amarillo. I don't care how many restaurants we have in our city, I really don't. It really is exciting news when we get a new one. I know it makes it tougher and tougher to pick a place to eat when heading out the door for a meal.

This is something I have been waiting for. This prime real estate has been sitting vacant since Leal's closed during the pandemic. Before Leal's, it was the local favorite in Gardski's.
