
Your Little Artist Can Take Part in City of Amarillo Poster Contest
Do you have crafty kids? Kids who can draw, paint or create and awesome graphic design? If you you , then this is for you.

The tradition is back and the City of Amarillo is hosting their annual Every Drops Counts poster contest.
It's getting to be that time of year, when we are all watering our lawns and using more water. The poster contest is a reminder why conserving water is so important.
The contest has kicked off and will run through May 6th.
If you have a child in grades K-12 in the Texas Panhandle, they can take part in this fun and creative contest.
How To Enter:
Get artistic, create artwork that is positive and focuses on water conservation. It should be at lease 11 x 8.5 inches but not bitter than 17 x 11 inches
Things that the judges will be looking for quality, creativity, originality and reproducibility.
Once your art work is finished, you can submit it to any Amarillo Public Library or on the 2nd floor of the Simms Municipal Building at 808 S. Buchanan. You will also need to return this filled out entry form as well.
Winners will be chosen from the following age groups:
K through 2nd grade
3rd through 5th grade
Middle School
High School
The Grand Prize winner will receive
The Grand Prize winner will receive Wonderland Park Passes, Sod Poodles merch, a $100 Pak-a-Sak gift card, a $100 Toot’n Totum gift card, and over $150 in dining gift cards.
