So apparently it is not cool anymore to eat three meals a day. Nope not anymore.

According to a new survey, three quarter of Americans don't eat the traditional three meals a day anymore.

Today, the average person eats two meals and three snacks every single day.

The meal we're most likely to replace? What do you think it is?

I would guess breakfast because that is the meal I am more likely to skip. I am wrong....and you would be to. Apparently we are more likely to skip lunch with some snacks.

So what are we eating for our "snack meals"? The five most common snacks are cheese, crackers, fruit, chips and nuts.
