Fitness Meets Life Skills: This New Place in Amarillo Will Pump Your Kids Up

Amarillo is a big city and within this city is a large population dedicated to fitness.  While many gyms exist for adults, there are not many places in the city that focus on kids.  Many kids get their gym time at school during PE or athletics, but there aren't any places in Amarillo that focus on kids' fitness other than kids' sports.

That's all about to change.

KidStrong is Opening in Amarillo

KidStrong is a training program just for kids.  The goal is to build strong, confident, and high-character kids.   Children aged 2 to 11 can participate in weekly classes led by specialized coaches.  The classes are 45 minutes long.

The 45 Minute Classes include:

• Affirmation
• Social Greetings
• Work on Complex Skills
• Move and Learn: physical with cognitive
• Competition: kids learn to compete
• Awards Ceremony: recognizing efforts

Amarillo's KidStrong Will Be Opening Soon

The KidStrong Center will be located at 6017 Hillside Rd. Suite 600, in the Winpark Place Shopping Center.  This is the shopping center with Venetian Nails, Ede's Meat Market, and The Lazy Gator.

We are ready to partner with parents in teaching kids to believe in themselves through Athletic Play, a new kind of activity for kids ages 1-11 that focuses on building confidence, character, and family connection through science-based fitness games led by expert coaches!

They have started the hiring stages and currently have one position open for General Manager.
