Exciting News For Canyon, Texas: Looks Like This Business is Expanding To The Area

We love it when new businesses move into our Texas Panhandle cities, and it's always nice to see a business expand to different locations in the area to service customer needs.

Not too long ago we found out that the property at 15th and Highway 60 was sold.  Now this is a big piece of land, so what could be built on this land?  This piece of land has easy access and great visibility as you are coming into or heading out of Canyon towards Hereford.

Is it a new convenience store?

This land is big enough to be home to a very large convenience store.  It would make the most sense because of its location, however, that's not the case.

Our investigative skills have led us to believe that we know what will be occupying the property, although no official announcement has been made.

According to PRAD.org, the property at 212 N. 15th was purchased by G & P Kahlich Industries, LLC.  After further research, this same company owns multiple properties across the Texas Panhandle.   These properties are connected to a particular shop.

Tireworks Tire Pros Looks to Be Coming to Canyon!

At least that is what our research is telling us.  Tireworks Tire Pros has been a family-owned and operated business since 1997.  They have locations in Hereford, Pampa, Muleshoe, and Farwell, and it seems that a new location is moving into Canyon.

Tireworks Tire Pros offer different services including tires, both installation and repair, batteries, alignments, brake repair, AC repair, oil changes, and more.

We have reached out to Tireworks Tire Pros to get confirmation on the Canyon store, but at the time of publishing, we have yet to receive a response.  Although, it hasn't been confirmed that this business will be building a shop on the property at 212 N. 15th, all the signs point to this will be a Tireworks Tire Pros.

This will be a great addition to Canyon if they do build a location.
