Bahama Bucks www.bahamabucks.com When you are looking for a way to cool off then Bahama Bucks is for you.  Bahama Bucks is more than just snow cones.  Of course you can choose from a ton of flavors of their Sno's, (Ethan's favorite is the Birthday Cake), but they have Smoothies, Paradise Fruit, Island House Coffee, Island Specialty Drinks, and for those watching your weight, you can enjoy Bahama Bucks as well with a Thin Ice, sugar free flavors.  I LOVE the Thin Ice.  I think I have tried all but three flavors off their Thin Ice menu. The Ruffled Cup Cupcakery www.theruffledcup.com The Ruffled Cup is a new Cupcakery in Amarillo.  If you are craving a cupcake then you have got to stop by and try one of their delicious cupcakes.  Cupcake flavors include Coconut Cream and Chocolate Buttermilk, Peanut Butter Cup, Ruby Red Velvet, Grasshopper, Perfect Pumpkin, The Ruffled Truffle, Chocolate obsession, and Candy Cake. I personally tried The Marilyn: an almond cake with raspberry filling, topped with white chocolate cream cheese frosting, and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS!  I will definitely be stopping by again. Frazzleberry Frozen Yogurt www.frazzleberry.com Another one of Amarillo's newest dessert delights is Frazzleberry's.  It doesn't matter what time of day you will find a line out the door of this establishment because Amarillo loves their Frazzleberry's.  Not only is it YUMMY!  It is fun, it is self serve.  Flavors at Frazzleberry include Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, New York Cheesecake, Birthday Cake,  Coconut, Pink Lemonade Sorbet, Cookies n’ Cream, Mango Sorbet, Orangesicle, Peanut Butter Cup, Chocolate Milkshake, Irish Mint, Banana Cream Pie, Raspberry,  Raspberry Tart, Pistachio, Yellow Cake Batter, Mango Tart, White Chocolate Mousse, Banana Pudding, Root Beer Float, Raspberry Lemonade Sorbet, Snickerdoodle, Smores, and the list goes on and on.  However, don't expect all those flavors each and every day, they rotate flavors.  If you like their facebook page they post the flavors of the day each day.  They have a ton of toppings that you can add to your fro yo as well that include candy, sprinkles and even fresh fruit.  I have fallen in love with their German Chocolate Yogurt mixed with their Coconut.  It tastes just like a Coconut M&M without the crunch.
