Life Hack Testing: Lighting a Fire with a Battery and A Gum Wrapper

Have you ever had to start a fire, but you didn't have any matches or a lighter?  Well we have a life hack to test that uses a battery and a gum wrapper to start a fire.

For this life hack test I used a AA Battery and a wrapper from a piece of Extra Mint Chocolate Chip gum.  Any foil based gum wrapper will work.

So the next time you find yourself lost in the woods with a battery and a pack of gum, but no matches or a lighter, you'll be able to stay warm because you can start a fire.
