Signature Chefs Are Back In Amarillo!

I'm a sucker for things that benefit non-profit organizations, always have been.

If an event supports a good cause, there's a good chance I'm going to be a part of it. When the event is something unique and fun, it's more likely you'll find me there supporting.

The March of Dimes, a great non-profit organization, is bringing back one of the coolest events there is when it comes to a non-profit event, and just in general.

The Signature Chefs Auction is back in Amarillo on September 15th. It'll be taking place at The Cove at Verdure, found at 5701 Time Square Blvd #100.

This is an event where you'll get to fill your stomach with some of the finest foods, and bid on some incredible items with all the proceeds going to March of Dimes.

The chefs that will be in attendance cooking for you will serve you up some incredible food. These chefs cook their signature dishes to let you sample and try out, and oftentimes, it leads to you finding a new favorite meal.

I once asked a chef for the recipe for one of his dishes. He gave me a good laugh, then told me for a $500 donation, he'd give it to me. If I had $500 on me at the time, I would've done it. It just showed me that the recipes CAN be bought...but not from all of course.
