It's my first season NOT coaching my oldest, and I'm finding I fall into one of these. Ugh.

Sometimes it is those little wins in life that make us feel good about ourselves. Sometimes just as fast they can be ripped away and their goes that boost of confidence we once had.

So how about this for having a sudden boost of confidence. It is as simple as smelling a lemon.

Channing Tatum. Beyonce. A glorious sunset. If we were playing the Pyramid, you'd be inclined to say, "Things that are beautiful."
